"The Role of the Dental Hygienist in the 21st Century"

The role of the dental hygienist has changed tremendously during the past 20 years.  It has become more and more important for this professional to act not only as a technical specialist but as an advisor to the patient regarding their dental health and its impact on their long term systemic health and personal happiness with their smile.   This course will supply information regarding

*  Why dental hygienists are very important in the modern day dental office
*  The tremendous role that they play in treatment presentation and treatment acceptance
*  The difference between need based and want based dentistry
*  How to work smarter and not harder
*  How to increase production without increasing personal stress
*  How to enjoy dentistry and have fun at the office
*  How to help the doctor to transform an average smile into a beautiful one in just a few short appointments.
*  How to make a difference in people's lives.
